Significant Decreases in Clark Home Prices
Clark's 2018 end of year reporting saw average home sale price plummet 27.69% from the prior year. While the number of days homes were on the market decreased by 8.9%, sales volumes increased by 5.88%in the year 2018.
The 2018 average home sale price was down to $333,820 compared with the prior 2017 $461,648 per house average price.

The average home sale price in Springfield, New Jersey was $425,563 for the properties that sold between January and April 2018, a drop of less than one percent compared to the same time period in 2017.
