Significant Decreases in Clark Home Prices
Clark's 2018 end of year reporting saw average home sale price plummet 27.69% from the prior year. While the number of days homes were on the market decreased by 8.9%, sales volumes increased by 5.88%in the year 2018.
The 2018 average home sale price was down to $333,820 compared with the prior 2017 $461,648 per house average price.

The average home sale price in Springfield, New Jersey was $425,563 for the properties that sold between January and April 2018, a drop of less than one percent compared to the same time period in 2017. However, the number of home sales dropped more than 25% to 43 houses compared to 58 that sold in 2017.

Average sales price for past year up 8.1% vs. Prior Year Home sellers in Scotch Plains, New Jersey are cashing out at bigger numbers, with the average sales price up 8.1% for the last twelve months compared to the year before.
According the the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, there were 325 residential homes sold in Scotch Plains for the year ending February 22, 2018. The average sale price was $571,338. This compares to almost the same number of homes some in the prior year (323), but the average sale price was only $527,960. The free coffee deal is available all day Sunday up until kick off at 6:30 p.m. And there is no catch either. No purchase necessary, no need to show an app, nothing.
