No sooner had 22-year-old Metuchen-raised actress-writer-director Quinn Shephard learned that all four screenings at Tribeca Film Festival of her feature directorial debut, “Blame,” had sold out, when NBC-TV announced that it had optioned a pilot in which she had acted. Previously seen in the CBS drama “Hostages” and Paul Feig’s 2006 film “Unaccompanied Minors,” Shephard appears in “Redliners” as Katie Rhymer. The comedic spy thriller also stars Greg Germann (“Ally McBeal”) and Jenny Wade (“No Reservations”). NBC still has to decide whether to air the pilot, which most likely would be in May.
