Number of Sales Down Yet Home Prices on the Rise
The Summit, New Jersey residential housing market saw an increase in average home sale prices of 8.70% in 2018. The average per house price jumped to $1,145,241 compared to the prior year's average sale price of $1,053,577.
Published data confirms the volume of homes sold in Summit dropped 4.75% with the days on the market increased by 2.3%. Summit Home Sales 2018
